Terms & Conditions

The Customer Intelligence App is supplied by Asset Utilities Ltd for a one-time fee of £2,700. The fee covers the configured five-question survey, the private client dashboard, installation as sub-domains of the client's own website, and delivery within seven working days of the signed Client Configuration Sheet and all required assets being received.

Changes to the products, services or questions after delivery can be made on request for an additional fee, quoted before any work begins.

The client owns all customer data collected through their app. Emails to customers are sent by the client from the client's own systems, which is why there is no ongoing marketing cost.

The client is responsible for obtaining any consent required in their jurisdiction before emailing their customers.
